Lab Attendance

Lab attendance will count as 10% of your grade. To receive credit for attending lab each week you will need to

• arrive no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled start of lab and leave no sooner than 10 minutes before the scheduled end of the lab session. Labs are scheduled for 90 minutes.
• You also must sit in your assigned lab seat (it changes for each programming assignment) and collaborate with your partner during the lab session. See the pair programming guidelines for more information about working with your partner. You will not be penalized if your partner does not show up for a lab session but you must be at your assigned workstation.

There are no makeups for missed labs, however, everyone receives one free day. That is, If you attend 8 of the 9 weeks (weeks 2-10, no attendance is taken week 1), you will receive 100% of the lab attendance grade.
